What to include
- Product: requested collagen format, material and intended channel.
- Specification: dimensions and units, construction, skin-contact or adhesive needs.
- Order: quantity by variant, pieces per pack and US destination.
- Timing: sample approval date and requested delivery, identified separately.
- Evidence: sterile-status requirement, label, shelf-life and exact-product documents.
